Before proceeding with your purchase or using our services, we kindly ask you to review our Terms and Conditions. These guidelines ensure transparency, protect your rights, and outline our policies on payment, delivery, returns, and after-sales service. By placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms.

Orders will only be processed and shipped after payment is received. Payments must be made at least 8 hours before the scheduled delivery to avoid delays. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to payment issues.

Complete the order form accurately to avoid delivery issues. Deliveries within Malaysia take 3 to 10 days, while international timelines may vary. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incomplete or vague addresses or contact details.

International shipments may incur customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. For specific charges, contact your local customs office.

For undelivered orders, we will resend the shipment. For defective goods, contact us within 72 hours to request a replacement. Complaints after the delivery order is signed will not be entertained. If dissatisfied, reach out to us for assistance.

If a product is out of stock, customers may wait 6-8 weeks for restocking or request a cancellation. The provider reserves the right to substitute products of equal or higher value. Refunds will only be issued if substitution is not possible.

Returns are only accepted for defective goods reported within 3 days. Refunds or cancellations are not allowed after acceptance. If returns are approved, we will offer a replacement or refund within 30 days.

The provider is not liable for delays or losses caused by unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, customs delays, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
